HOA Dues

HOA dues are due January 1st each year and are considered late on March 1st of the same year. If dues have not been paid by March 1st, penalties and interest will be applied. A late fee of $25 will be added March 1 and $10 each month that has an outstanding balance.

Meetings

The Board of Directors typically meets at 6:30pm on the 2nd Wednesday at Sauced Wings located at 75 & Bethany in Allen. December's meeting will be held on Thursday, December 12th.
