HOA Dues

HOA dues are due January 1st each year and are considered late on March 1st of the same year. If dues have not been paid by March 1st, penalties and interest will be applied. A late fee of $25 will be added March 1 and $10 each month that has an outstanding balance.

Meetings

The Board of Directors typically meets at 6:00 pm on the 1st Thursday at Two Rows located 711 Central Expy S in Allen. Please reach out to the board if you plan to attend so that we can plan for any additional people. Thanks!
